Why Must Life Be So Difficult?

I've just spent nearly an hour trying to figure out how to change the name of my Google blog from Cards From The Heart to Dorrine Conrad.  It's impossible and the help Google offers is minimal and when I was finally able to find a solution, it appears not to exist.  Why must life be so difficult?
